Today, English Presentation Forum in Toride City and Kitasoma was held, and four students from our school took part.

With the theme "Making Ibaraki Better," the students gave presentations in English about ideas to make our local area more lively, such as a fruit center and a science café.

The way they spoke confidently with a microphone in hand, and the way they seriously asked and answered questions with students from other schools after their presentations, was impressive and dependable. All the practice they had built up until now really paid off.

They did well not only in their own presentations, but also in asking questions about other schools' presentations and answering smoothly. Watching the four of them respond in English, we couldn't help but feel hopeful about the future.
