For today's warm-up activity, the 5th graders took turns role-playing as "teachers" in small groups. Everyone shared the same set of keywords. As a "teacher", the 5th grader asked the other group members, "How do you spell [          ]?" The other students must quickly search for the keyword and spell out aloud the keyword. BUT, before they can answer, they must say "I got it!" or "Let met try!" If they read out the spelling of the keyword perfectly, the "teachers" would say nice comments. For example, "Nice!" or "Good job!"

　本日の５年生の英語の時間のウォーミングアップは、

　先生役になって、「先生役」をグループで演じてみることです。

　グループの中では、いくつかのキーワードが渡されます。

　「先生役」のキッズは、"How do you spell  ....？”（どうやって書くの？）と聞きます。

　まさに、先生がよく使うフレーズですね。

　スペルを聞かれた「生徒役」キッズは、急いで答えを探し出して、

　わかったら、　もうお決まりのフレーズ　”I got it!!" 　と言います。

　でも、この　”I got it!!”   や　"Let me try!"（やりたーい！こたえたーい！）は、

　スペルがわからないと、言えないフレーズですね。

　スペルが正しく言えたキッズに「先生役」キッズは、

　"Good job!!! " 　や　"Nice!"　など、ほめる言葉をたくさん伝えていました。

　この調子でいきましょう！　５年キッズ！！
